Requirements outside our service
An AFCD Special Permit is required before travel. The pet must use the fastest and most direct route as manifested air cargo, and AFCD must receive the actual arrival details at least 24 hours before arrival. Official health, residence, rabies and species-vaccination certificates and government endorsement must satisfy the permit. Prohibited-dog-breed and hybrid-cat restrictions also apply.
For Great Britain, the active official export certificate is EHC 3472. Vet Travel Docs does not apply for or issue that certificate.
